INOVEOS to acquire HDA’s branch of Gyromagnetics
Acquisition will expand INOVEOS' footprint in the design & manufacturing of microwave components & sub-systems

BRIVE LA GAILLARDE, France, 23-JAN-2009

The HDA Company (Hyperfréquences Développements Associés), Limited company with capital of 100,000 Euros, whose registered office is 6 rue Barbès 19100 Brive-la-Gaillarde, registered with the RCS of Brive-la-GAILLARDE under No 488 727 726, placed under bankruptcy proceeding since 5 December 2008, represented by Maître Christian Fourtet liquidator has sold to the company INOVEOS its branch of Gyromagnetics (*).
The taking of possession and effective use by the purchaser have been set at 22 December 2008.

(*) The gyromagnetics branch includes design, manufacturing and marketing of coaxial passive components (e.g. circulators, isolators, ..) and related manufacturing and marketing of coaxial antennas.

La société HDA (Hyeprfréquences Développements Associés), SARL au Capital de 100.000 Euros, dont le siège social est 6 rue Barbès 19100 BRIVE-LA-GAILLARDE, immatriculée au RCS de BRIVE-LA-GAILLARDE sous le n° 488 727 726, placée en liquidation judiciaire depuis le 5 décembre 2008, représentée par Maître Christian Fourtet Mandataire Liquidateur, a cédé à la société INOVEOS sa branche d’activité de Gyromagnétique (*).
La prise de possession et l’exploitation effective par l’acquéreur ont été fixées au 22 décembre 2008.

(*) La branche d’activité Gyromagnétique inclut la conception, la fabrication et la commercialisation de composants passifs coaxiaux (circulateurs, isolateurs,..) et les activités connexes de fabrication et de commercialisation d’antennes coaxiales.
